WEDDING DESIGN GUIDANCE

You're engaged! Let's look through all your "inspiration pictures" and ideas and get them out on paper to bring them to life.

We'll design a color palette direction for the wedding party and decorations.

We'll create a floor plan for how decorations will be set up throughout the venue.

We'll discuss the details and what each special display table should look like throughout the venue.

We'll source decor that fits within the wedding style.

We'll talk through the flower arrangements and work with a florist.

We'll arrange any special backdrops throughout the venue such as the ceremony altar, head table, photo-booth, etc.

We'll confirm all signage creates an inviting and relaxing experience for the wedding party and all the guests.

WEDDING DAY INSTALLATION

 

​It's 1 month before your wedding day! We have either worked together to design this beautiful day, or you have the design prepared and need AVI to implement your plan on the wedding day so you can relax and enjoy the morning getting ready with your loved ones!

We'll talk through the wedding day timeline and when each special decoration and backdrop needs to be set up between the ceremony location and reception location.

We'll create a floor plan to confirm all decorations are prepared and ready for the big day!​

CALLIGRAPHY FOR AVI RENTAL DECOR

 

Let's confirm you have all the signage together for your wedding day or your special event. Guests really appreciate this, and it helps them to settle in and enjoy your celebration when they know where to be and what their options are! AVI provides specialized calligraphy for any of the decor pieces available for rental. We will work together to confirm the wording and font style and AVI will have it ready with any other rental pieces for the day of your event.
