It was a beautiful day for a fall wedding in Lannon, WI. The Bride + Groom found a boho, industrial-style venue to host the ceremony and reception. The venue was very inviting with its deep, stained, concrete floors and warm, natural, wood accents that included an incredible, wood-slat wall, and large, ceiling beams that ran the length of the venue. It was the perfect backdrop for this "jewel toned" wedding color palette. There were rich shades of teal, pine, raspberry, and cranberry, mixed in with touches of peacock feathers and pampas grass. The Bride was an ethereal dream in her sheer, lace sleeves and her long, boho braid. And the Groom was quite dapper in his all-black ensemble topped with a fitted, white, suit coat and feather bowtie. The Bride + Groom were incredibly intentional about their guests' experience, making sure there was something special for everyone who attended. We designed a thoughtful, welcome table that held ceremony programs and coloring books for the "littles". There was also a special phone for guests to call throughout the evening and leave their well-wishes on a voicemail for the Bride + Groom to cherish forever. There were multiple photo booths placed throughout the venue and a cozy, lounge-space setup in the warehouse just off the outdoor patio. The warehouse was a great space where guests could grab a drink or a cigar and enjoy some conversation or a wooden board game throughout the evening. For both the ceremony and reception, there was a special hexagon backdrop we designed that was graced with a soft, creamy, white fabric and romantic, cascading flowers. When the room was transformed after the ceremony, the head table was dressed up with stunning, flower arrangements placed in gold, pedestal bowls. This gave the head table some aesthetic dimension. Throughout the reception, there was a mix of round and rectangular dinner tables that gave the space interest and a good traffic flow. Each rectangular, dinner table had a grounding, black, cheesecloth runner layered with a eucalyptus garland and organically placed tea lights. While the round, dinner tables held pretty, vintage, gold mirror trays with a variety of tinted, glass vases and faux-floral arrangements. To highlight the Bride + Groom's love of music, there were small records numbering each table and a unique table seating chart printed on larger hanging records as you arrived near the bar for cocktail hour. Per the Bride's final request, we incorporated touches of glam by sprinkling in disco balls throughout the venue. They were placed in the photo booth backdrop, the wedding cake, and near the dance floor on a full wall of open shelving. Each piece throughout the venue was uniquely designed for this couple. After a night full of dancing and celebrating, the evening ended with an epic sparkler sendoff of the Bride + Groom!
