Tosa Darling
Remodel & Addition

This darling cream-city brick home in Wauwatosa, WI held many memories for my clients, and they were ready to expand their space to fit their growing family! I was introduced into the project after they had selected their builder. Once the final floor plan was set, we got to work on the substantial list of selections. The plans included a newly remodeled and expanded kitchen as well as a living and dining space. They also built an addition which included a mudroom, powder bath, second floor laundry room, and a master suite with a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. I guided them through the process, and we worked hand-in-hand to select each and every finish, top to bottom! My clients wanted a design that would be timeless and tie in with the existing charm, yet bring in a fresh and energetic feel to fit their family. Some key pieces we fell in love with along the way were the patterned mudroom tile, the dining room chandelier, and the floral wallpaper in the laundry room. We worked through multiple phases which began with the phase one material selections to keep the build schedule on track. In phase two, we enhanced the space with new furniture and accessory selections that highlighted that fresh and inviting feel we were looking for. The transformation and increased square footage on this home was incredible - a fresh new space capable to host those special family + friend gatherings and improve their day to day living.
